Established through the generous intiative of Professor Alfred Tauber, this exchange program allows advanced research students at the Institute to spend one academic year at the prestigious Center for Philosophy and History of Science, Boston University, in order to porfit from direct intercourse with local researchers, students, and libraries, and thus bring about significant progress in their work.

Likewise, as part of the same exchange program, members of the Institute's staff visit Boston University in order to teach one-semester courses in their fields of speciality.
